are special
orders and
usually ship
from one of our
many vendors or
manufactures.
All sales are on
new products
unless you order
off our used
products page
and all sales
are final unless
other
arrangements
have been made.
Being that we
have to rely on
solar and wind
for our
electrical needs
and knowing how
fast prices can
add up to get
the solar system
you want, we
have made every
effort to keep
our prices as
affordable as
possible while
at the same time
only offering
you the best
products on the
market today. In some cases we have some items in stock. For the most part your orders will be shipped to you from one or more of several distributors located throughout the United States. International orders also must be pre-paid and payment must be either by a certified check paid in US Dollars or by wire transfer. Please note that there is a world wide shortage of Solar Panels. Therefore when you place your Solar Panel order you will be placed in a lottery with the first ordered, first served. Due to the number of products we offer and with ongoing changes in pricing, it is hard to keep up. Therefore, should items you order go up in price you will be notified prior to shipping your order. You will have the opportunity to either move forward or to cancel your order.
All orders are
pre-paid
and if there is
a difference in
price you will
either be
credited the
difference by
check no matter
how you made
your payment.
Should the price
of your order be
less than posted
on this Web site
you will be
refunded the
difference.
Since most items are ordered
especially
for you,
there is a
restocking fee
for any orders
which are
cancelled.
Therefore please
be sure that the
products you
order are what
you want.
We have
attempted to
price our
shipping as
fairly as
possible.
However in some
cases you may
receive a check
if we find that
the shipping
cost is beyond a
reasonable
price.
There are times
when the
shipping charge
may be less than
the fees charged
by the shipper,
in which case
you will be
responsible for

UPS, or a long
distance
trucking company
Orders placed in Canada and Mexico will be requested to pay the difference in shipping costs. Items going to the east coast of Mexico, Central and South America and shipped from Port Everglades in Florida. For the west coast to these same areas are shipped from a port in California. On large orders which must first shipped to us and than crated to be shipped to you, there will be a crating fee which averages $75 but will not exceed $125. We will let you know if this applies to your order prior to placing it. Sometimes some of our manufactures may charge an additional crating cost. In which case you will be notified before we place the order. When placing your order please include both your phone number and your email address so that we have a way of contacting you if need be.
