Hi, in an effort to keep you informed about our customer buying policies, we have provided you with the following information. In short, almost all our orders are special orders and usually ship from one of our many vendors or manufactures. All sales are on new products unless you order off our used products page and all sales are final unless other arrangements have been made.  Being that we have to rely on solar and wind for our electrical needs and knowing how fast prices can add up to get the solar system you want, we have made every effort to keep our prices as affordable as possible while at the same time only offering you the best products on the market today.

PRODUCTS     (TOP)

In some cases we have some items in stock. For the most part your orders will be shipped to you from one or more of several distributors located throughout the United States.

International orders also must be pre-paid and payment must be either by a certified check paid in US Dollars or by wire transfer.

SOLAR PANELS     (TOP)

Please note that there is a world wide shortage of Solar Panels.  Therefore when you place your Solar Panel order you will be placed in a lottery with the first ordered, first served.

Due to the number of products we offer and with ongoing changes in pricing, it is hard to keep up.  Therefore, should items you order go up in price you will be notified prior to shipping your order.  You will have the opportunity to either move forward or to cancel your order.

ORDERS     (TOP)

All orders are pre-paid and if there is a difference in price you will either be credited the difference by check no matter how you made your payment.  Should the price of your order be less than posted on this Web site you will be refunded the difference. 

If the price come to more than originally posted, you will be notified of the price change and have the option to either pay the difference or terminate the order and we will refund your order in full.

CANCELLATIONS     (TOP)

Since most items are ordered especially for you, there is a restocking fee for any orders which are cancelled.  Therefore please be sure that the products you order are what you want.
 
If for any reason you need have to cancel and your order has been processed and sent, you will be charged to a restocking fee, any credit card and/or banking fees, plus any freight cost which were incurred to get the products to you and/or back to the distributor. 

Your original payment will be refunded to you less a restocking fee of 25% plus any other costs incurred.  You further agree not to make any charge-backs should you have paid with a credit card and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid payments including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your payment.  Your refund will be paid to you with a check issued by us.

The exception to this rule is if your cancellation is made before your order has been processed with the distributor.  In which case you will only be charged a 5% processing fee.

SHIPPING     (TOP)

We have attempted to price our shipping as fairly as possible.  However in some cases you may receive a check if we find that the shipping cost is beyond a reasonable price.  There are times when the shipping charge may be less than the fees charged by the shipper, in which case you will be responsible for the
difference in cost.

All shipping is performed by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or a long distance trucking company
within the US. 

Orders placed in Canada and Mexico will be requested to pay the difference in shipping costs.

Items going to the east coast of Mexico, Central and South America and shipped from Port Everglades in Florida.  For the west coast to these same areas are shipped from a port in California.

CRATING COST     (TOP)

On large orders which must first shipped to us and than crated to be shipped to you, there will be a crating fee which averages $75 but will not exceed $125.  We will let you know if this applies to your order prior to placing it.

Sometimes some of our manufactures may charge an additional crating cost.  In which case you will be notified before we place the order.

		Please take note, should you choose to pay using an American Express Credit Card, you will have to do so by selecting PayPal as your means of payment.  At this time we feel that it is no longer feasible to accept payments by American Express when there are other more helpful and friendlier methods available, thank you for your understanding and we are sorry if this may seem like an inconvenience for you.

OUR POLICY ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Prices have been unsteady, since the Iraq War and in most cases we have been able to absorb the difference. 
Should there be a  price increase, you will be notified before we ship so you can make a decision as to keep the purchase or not. 
Once we receive your additional payment, we will fulfill your order. 
Should you decide that you do not want to keep the purchase, you will need to let us know via eMail.

When making a  purchase from this site, shipping and crate charges are normally included in the stated price. 
On some items such as batteries, the shipping and crating is extra and you will be notified of the charges, which must be paid prior to shipping. 
These items are noted by an (* at the end of the Part Number)

ALL WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS, WE DO NOT ISSUE THE WARRANTIES.
